Meet Michelle

I specialize in working with a diverse range of clients, addressing complex relational dynamics, infidelity, betrayal trauma, love addiction and avoidance, complex PTSD, and family of origin challenges. Additionally, I provide support for individuals struggling with sexually compulsive behaviors, as well as their partners, helping both navigate their healing journey with clarity and empowerment.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a non-pathologizing, well-defined, and empowering framework that fosters self-awareness, healing, and transformation. I guide clients toward developing a deeper understanding of their internal and external systems, facilitating meaningful change and personal growth.

I am a Masters-level clinician and a PhD Candidate in Clinical Sexology. My professional credentials include:
