Meet Michelle

My work is grounded in advanced clinical training and doctoral-level study in Clinical Sexology, with a focus on the complex intersections of trauma, attachment, intimacy, and relational healing. I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating infidelity and betrayal trauma, intimacy and attachment wounds, love addiction and avoidance, complex trauma, and family-of-origin patterns. I also support individuals struggling with sexually compulsive behaviors, as well as partners impacted by these behaviors, guiding both toward stabilization, clarity, and long-term healing.

My therapeutic approach is informed by contemporary research, doctoral-level scholarship, and integrative clinical practice. I work from a non-pathologizing, systems-oriented framework that views symptoms as meaningful adaptations rather than deficits. By helping clients understand how internal patterns, nervous system responses, and relational dynamics develop over time, therapy becomes a process of insight, regulation, and sustainable change rather than symptom management alone.

​I am a licensed master’s-level clinician and a PhD Candidate in Clinical Sexology, currently completing advanced doctoral research and clinical specialization. My professional training and certifications include:
